Return & Refund Policy

At Media Entertainment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or there is a discrepancy with what you received, we will replace it within 21 days of the delivery date. To qualify, you must report the issue to us by email within 21 days of receiving your order.

In many cases, our Customer Support team can diagnose and resolve the problem directly through our help desk or arrange technical support or a repair. Please fully troubleshoot the issue with our team before requesting a return.

2. RMA Number Required

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You must contact us to request an RMA number before shipping anything back. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused and rejected.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Reported within the applicable window (see Sections 1 and 4)
  • In the same condition you received it, unused and ready-to-sell
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Properly packed for safe return transit

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit, and such items will not be refunded. If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

Our refund window is 25 days from the date of purchase. If 25 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email or phone that it has arrived, and let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Deductions that may apply:

  • If you cancel a subscription service, the shipping charges and first-month subscription fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance refunded. [CONFIRM  keep only if you sell subscription-based services.]
  • If the device is damaged, the original packaging is missing, or any accessory is missing on inspection, a restocking fee will apply.

5. Missing Item Charges

If any items are missing from your returned package, the following charges apply:

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or that cannot be repaired on-site by our RMA department. All original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

7. Return Shipping

To return an item, you must request a return shipping label from us. If you do not request a label, you are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from it.
